Stephanie teaches online Pranayama classes in blocks throughout the year. There are 2 types of series, which are structured as follows:

A one week intensive where one online class is held Monday to Friday at 6pm AEST /AEDT for 50 minutes for 1 week. The cost is AUD100 for 5 classes.

A 6-week series of Listening, Learning, Understanding Practice, where one class is held per week over 6 - 8 weeks on Friday at 6pm AEDT / AEST for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The classes are AUD20 per class so a 6 class series is AUD120 and an 8 class series is AUD160.

Details are provided above for the next series scheduled.

All classes will be recorded and made available to students who register for each series. If the scheduled time is not suitable you can view the classes via the recordings.

Recordings are made available to students within 24 hours of the class and students are notified by email when the recordings are available.

The recordings for series in progress are available for the duration of the series plus an additional 4 weeks. For series that have already been completed, the recordings will be available for 1 week per class. So a 5 class series will be available for 5 weeks.

When you purchase the recordings for classes that are scheduled and yet to be held (ie. those listed below), you will receive an email with the Zoom details required to join the live online classes. This will include:

• A Zoom link.

• Zoom Meeting Id.

• Zoom Password.

Please record Zoom details from the registration email, as class reminders are not sent.

Students that are able to attend the live online classes will use these details to join the classes at the scheduled time.

Since many of my students are not in the Australian Eastern time zone, they will not be attending the live online classes and will participate using the recordings only.
